Terms of service
We tend to trust our clients to work to simple agreements with terms discussed through email and whatsapp chats rather than contracts. We treat clients fairly and respectfully in this regard, and then equally so when we’re out on the road together. We expect the same in return and will happily discuss what we need to do to make that happen if there are concerns from either side.
We won’t work with people who don’t respect our drivers, crews or equipment and we won’t accept discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age or any other protected characteristic, from our clients or from our crews. We encourage positive action against discrimination.
