Splitter Self-Hire

Both Vangelina and Vangelica are available to book as self-hire vehicles without a driver provided. You can collect them from Leeds or we can deliver to you anywhere in the UK or any of these countries.

Our pricing is competitive with, and often better than similar UK hire companies but the hire fee we can offer you will depend on the length of your tour and where in the UK or Europe you’re going: it’ll make things easier if you have that information to hand when you get in touch.

To drive a Better self-hire van, you do need to be 25 or over, and you do need to have been driving for at least two years. You’ll need to have had some previous experience driving large vans or minibuses and if you’re travelling to Europe, we’d prefer that it’s not your first time doing it.

It’d be great to be able to be a bit more lenient towards younger or less-experienced drivers but until the fleet gets a bit bigger we need to err on the side of caution, sorry!
